with the pic's meaning it's read "Hakafa", which means running/walking/whatever in a circle. You can also read in "Ha'Kafe", so this is when it means "the coffee". I'm pretty sure there is also a Jewish meaning but I'm not really sure what it is, something in the synagogue...

on Simchat Torah there are hakafot, laps or circuits of the shul whilst carrying a sefer Torah, which i think this may be referring to
it’s a super random thing to have on the lectern cloth though
