This homemade S'mores ice cream combines the classic campfire flavors of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers into a creamy frozen treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. 1/2 cup chocolate chunks. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add in mini marshmallows, chocolate chunks, and crushed graham crackers. Transfer the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container, and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm. Serve scoops of S'mores ice cream and enjoy!
