Ingredients: 2 cups of milk. 2/3 cup of semisweet chocolate chips. 1/3 cup of mini marshmallows. 2 graham crackers, crushed. 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until it's hot but not boiling. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and whisk until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue to whisk until well combined and the mixture is hot. Pour the hot chocolate into two mugs. Top each mug with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Optional: Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows for that classic s'mores flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious S'mores Hot Chocolate!
