BALITANG NASYONAL: NTC Region 4-B receives prestigious award to 'Radyo Bandera Network' [#OneNETnewsEXCLUSIVE]
CALAPAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO -- The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) recently celebrated the 5th anniversary of its branch office of Region 4B in the MIMAROPA region (or long acronym of Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan). Local radio stations across the MIMAROPA area to recognize the award with Palawan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC)'s Radyo Bandera, MBC Media Group's Radyo Natin and among others.
NTC MIMAROPA awarded the 'Radyo Bandera Network' (RBN), an independent regional broadcasting company affiliated with PBC on Tuesday (January 28, 2025 -- Calapan local time). This is in recognition of Radyo Bandera's support to NTC regional office which provides telecommunication services through its free radio DZPA-FM 89.5mhz and local TV station 'Bandera News TV' on Channel 40 in Puerto Princesa City.
The award from NTC MIMAROPA was personally accepted by 'Mr. Elgin Robert Lamayao Damasco', president and Chief Executive Officer of RBN. He reiterated the network's dedication to keeping listeners and television viewers informed with the latest news and addressing relevant public issues. By mid-2025, Radyo Bandera Network will celebrate its 10th year.
NTC MIMAROPA thanks the loyal listeners and viewers of 'Radyo Bandera' and 'Bandera News TV' in Puerto Princesa and all over Palawan through its regional affiliate FM radio stations, as well the online listeners nationwide for their continued support in this 5th year anniversary celebration.
