Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 egg. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Mix the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture by beating it in well. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms. It's okay to add the little chocolate chips. Put the dough balls on a baking sheet. Press each ball gently to make it a little flatter. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Once the cookies are completely cool, melt the colorful sprinkles in a bowl that can go in the microwave in short bursts. Stir the sprinkles every so often until the mixture is smooth. Let any extra sprinkles drip off after dipping each cookie halfway into the melted ones. After adding the sprinkles, put the cookies back on the wire rack to let them set. Your tasty cake pop cookies are ready to eat once the sprinkles have set.
