Honestly??? Probably Cell. Only, I don't think he'd catch on that they're feelings of attraction right away. He'd either be confused or in denial first.
I lean heavily towards his Abridged personality when I say that he's no stranger to flirting and/or smooth talking. He did it plenty with Goku during their fight lol. But he also does it very absent-mindedly I feel, that if Kariyah were to hypothetically ever flirt back and mean it, his android brain would probably short circuit. It would make him do a double-take XD

Oh! More Kariyah questions! Does she have a job outside of training? Or maybe shes a student at a University? What's her overall goal being with Cell, unless its just to get stronger. Because, who wouldn't wanna train with a super human(oid?) Bug guy and learn to fly and shoot ki lol
She does a waitress gig in Gingertown. That being said, Kariyah's a small town girl just trying to make her way through while still figuring out what she really wants to do with her life.
She wants something more out of life than just serving tables. So when a big, green, perfect opportunity falls in her lap, she takes the chance, cause she doesn't really have much of a choice anyway when it happens lol
How often does Kariyah interact with the rest of the gang? Do curious kids like Goten and Trunks stop by and watch? Or Picollo who likley watches from afar but Kariyah eventually notices and tries to talk to him? Maybe they even visit the Kami house once in a blue moon as part of the probation deal?
Kariyah may be 20 years old, but she's still a kid at heart and would probably even play with Goten and Trunks on occasion, maybe some friendly sparring with them here and there, and probably doubles as a fun babysitter for Pan and Marron
Piccolo is just constantly aura farming lol, so she'd probably feel a bit intimidated at first, he's not exactly a social butterfly, but being the friendly type that she is, she'd try to strike up conversation whenever she sees him
While on the topic on Kariyah's relationships, just gonna throw in that her, Chi-chi, Bulma, 18 and Videl definitely have girl nights X3

In a what-if scenario where Kariyah somehow got stuck in hfil (likely a Ginyu frog situation where management didn't feel like fixing it lol), She'd totally get along with Raditz. Him, her, Cell, and Guru would be the underdog squad XD Despite being put there wrongfully, Kariyah would probably enjoy hfil. She'd definitely like the group exercises they do.
Yeah, he basically starts from the ground up with her because she has no idea how all that works lol. Which to him is still better than training Trunks or Goten. Cause towards the beginning of the training arrangement, Cell is only playing goodie-goodie and still has plans on getting revenge, so he doesn't want to train anyone that could potentially ruin his chances if they were to get stronger. After what happened with Gohan, he knows better now and doesn't underestimate them.
