This lot turned out to be incredibly functional, but the main focus is, of course, music and everything connected to it. Your Sims can not only buy instruments or vinyl records, but also record their own music, grab a coffee, get a tattoo, meet up with friends, or spend the evening enjoying live performances.

And just imagine how many different careers you can roleplay here if you use your imagination!

This lot is that familiar neighborhood corner with a local grocery store, a cozy café run by one of the locals, and a park—though calling it a park might be a bit of a stretch; it's more like a small community playground. Either way, this lot will beautifully brighten up your neighborhood and provide plenty of opportunities to spend your Sims' free time. Feel free to change the lot type to whatever suits your gameplay. If you decide to turn it into a retail store, don't forget to purchase the shop with one of your neighboring Sims and put the products up for sale. That way, your Sims will be able to shop for groceries right on their own street. Although this build is located in the Courtyard Lane neighborhood of Willow Creek, it will fit perfectly in almost any residential world, including Newcrest, Copperdale, Brindleton Bay, and San Sequoia.
