The park is located in Brindleton Bay, but it fits perfectly in almost any cozy world, such as Newcrest, Willow Creek, Copperdale, Windenburg, San Sequoia, or Evergreen Harbor. You can place it on the exact lot where I built it and bring your Sims here for walks, picnics, and fun weekends. 😊

Don't even try to make your Sims sit down and watch a movie — it probably won't work. 😂 At best, they'll end up standing right in front of the screen watching it on their feet. Just enjoy the atmosphere! And don't worry — one of the NPCs will definitely turn the TV on anyway. 🤭

Just let the movie play in the background while your Sims spend time together: cuddle, stargaze, or enjoy a cozy get-together with friends. It's all up to you! 🤍

old american🩴pool🥤

I saw this photo and immediately wanted to build an old, colorful pool like this, where there's something for everyone to do (as always).

It looks abandoned in some places, but that was the idea from the start — it's a public pool for low-income families. It hasn't been renovated in a very long time, and honestly, it doesn't seem like anyone is planning to fix it anytime soon. You might even come across some mold here and there... and, to be honest, nobody really cares.

Anyway, good luck to your Sims — I hope they don't catch anything. 🤞

P.S. For an even better effect, you can recolor the water to a swampy green... then your Sims will be swimming not only with floaties and pool loungers, but also with unknown life forms. 🦠

I built an old hospital inspired by 90s/2000s aesthetics, using references from the TV show Friends and Pinterest photos.

It comes in two versions:

Floral🌾wedding venue

A floral wedding venue that looks equally magical in both summer and autumn I built it for my legacy, and ended up falling in love with every single screenshot taken there. There was enough space for everything: guests, dancing, and all the sweetest moments — even the bride’s bouquet toss. This place turned out so lively, cozy, and truly fairytale-like.

The kindergarten called "Sunny Bunny" is equipped with everything necessary: a room for nap time, 2 bathrooms for boys, 2 bathrooms for girls, an arts and crafts room, a playroom, a kitchen and dining area, and two inner courtyards for outdoor play and activities.

Park 🐎 Chestnut Ridge

A family park in Chestnut Ridge where there’s something for all ages. There are stalls where local residents can showcase their goods and earn some extra money, as well as tables where visitors can sit, have a snack, or enjoy a drink. There is also an area for horse training and holiday equestrian competitions. The park features a bar and a coffee stand, a bonfire area for gathering together, a playground suitable for all ages, and a small cozy corner for couples. 🎤no cc!
