The Teams: Agencies and Management for Connor
I'm not going to try to make a full expose of their management in this post but I think that a lot confusion in the fandom is because people do not have any insight into how the industry and management works.
I've seen so much misconceptions since they both were signed with CAA in December.
CAA has not changed most of their personal management/stylists/etc. CAA is an agency for talent management and for brand collaborations among other things. Connor's management team is among others: Nick Todisco and Brad Pence from Atlas Entertainment for management and Larissa for publicity and he's had them at least since this summer/autumn before signing with CAA in the beginning of December 2025. I'm quite assured that he got represented by Nick and Brad because of HR since they both are connected to Emily Hampshire (Schitt's Creek, and she also interview them at the first premiere) who is a good friend of Jacob Tierney and is represented by Atlas.
His stylist James Yardley joined in November, he's a connection to Nick Todisco and they both also represents Hanna Waddingham.
"His agent is a friend of mine, and we’ve worked together for years. He’s amazing. He called me before the Canadian premiere in Toronto and said, “I’ve got this actor. He’s incredible. I’ll send you some pictures.” - James Yardley.
It's not like he didn't have representation before: he was previously talent represented by MCM Management that at least booked him for April X, Heated Rivalry, Criminal Minds, For all Mankind. So he had good management before but not at that level that is necessary for booking A-list feature films and brands ambassadors ships. etc. which CAA can provide.
According to one of his new agents at CAA he got signed in the beginning of December even though they did not disclose it until January. Hudson got signed a bit after but that was disclosed a bit earlier.
Jacob has been a client of CAA since a very long time so I'm pretty sure he had some threads to pull when they noticed that HR would become such a great success.
