So we are later told that Ashton picked FCG up about 2 months pre-campaign. A long time to not meet a housemate. Though there is a bit of time consuming activities to prevent that.

Evishi, where the mine the Division of Public Benefit attempted their final job, is about equi-distant from Jrusar as the Heartmoor Hamlet. So that should be a week or two of travel back to Jrusar after Ashton found them, as it was several days by horse to the Hamlet and I would guess Ashton was on foot to his job and possibly slowed down hauling Fresh Cut Grass back.

Then there was fixing time with Milo. At least FCG’s broken eye, probably a whole lot more from the DPB trying to knock out/kill FCG to save themselves. Now Milo was able to fix the Immovable Rod into Ashton’s hammer in about 48 hours with minimal/no rest, but that's more of an enchantment transfer/integration. Whereas FCG’s repairs would have been more guess work and figuring systems out to reverse engineer since he's an aeormaton built with lost knowledge, plus no time crunch beyond trying to help the little guy get mobile/independent/functional again. So say that's another week minimum of being half-cooped up in the workshop for repairs.

Then we have no clue how active Ashton was about taking jobs with Fresh Cut Grass as a tag-along, getting them out of the Krook House. Only that there was a Session 0 job where they got a favor ride from a simurgh rider set right before e1.
