It’s moments like these when they can just celebrate the small things that makes watching all of it worth it
I keep thinking of that goblin man who was Yussa’s assistant (I can’t remember his name ahh).
Like, just imagine being in this situation where your boss disappears for days at a time into this little device with just the safety plan of you being able to contact a person you don’t know but you can’t contact them too soon or your boss will be upset so you’re just alone, unsure what to do.
And then randomly the people who gave your boss this device randomly appear, saving you of having to make the decision by yourself.

Narratively speaking, a nice time jump could be very interesting. Skip forward a month and they could encounter a number of developments...as opposed to continuing to nip at Oban's heels.
Tl;dr: I want them to pop out of the Fun Ball after an extended sojourn to find everything in flames.
time IS weird in the happy fun ball because, by god, I can barely remember the parts of the episode that happened in the Xhorhaus
