Found this weird movie called C.I.Ape and the villain straight up looks like an mix between an nazi and an leather daddy lol.
The movie seems to be like an really cheap kids movie where the plot is pretty much your typical spy vs bad guy movie. Like the main character is this weird chimp guy that I give like zero fucks about. He could die for all I care. (I don't even remember his name.)
There is also robot dogs.
The villain guy, Alpha, also has an daughter lol.
