I loved Jackie!

Jackie has adhd, hyperfixating on weapons which allowed him to learn.

He joined the Pit out of pure interest, rather than the prize. Winning the games was a nice way to get off the streets though.

They still have all the knives he's collected over the years, stored away neatly in draws.

They don't drink at all, but is fine with sitting with his friends whilst they do.

He ended up hiring some of the other fighters from the Pit to work with him, but only those that they genuinely think had potential.

They are a little short-sighted so their goggles act as glasses as well as fashionable. He can live without them though without much issue.

He dropped his last name when he moved into town, disowning his old family and the memories associated.

They have no idea how to do first aid other than pressure and wrap. This often leads to them needing outside help whenever he gets hurt.
