Quickly want to mention my recent change in diet.
Basically I already didn't eat beef or pork (it's been several months) The only meat I did eat was turkey and sometimes chicken.
I've decided that I'm actually cutting these out and going pescetarian. If you don't know what this is, it's someone who excludes beef, poultry, and pork from their diet but still eats fish and other forms of seafood. Because I am still eating fish and seafood, I don't consider myself a vegetarian as I'm still consuming animal flesh. I'm not TRYING to make myself seem like a vegetarian and I won't be telling people I'm a vegetarian. I know there's a huge difference.
I have LOADS of reasons for my change. Health wise, planet wise, more animal friendly wise etc. I will possibly use this as a stepping stone into a fully vegetarian diet, but nothings for sure. For now this is just something I'm trying out.
