Daily Reflection #26 Coastal Living
Positives: starting our journey toward Melbourne, seeing beautiful beaches and adorable towns, especially Kiama Challenges: finding our rental car and the guy that worked there, he gave us a dirty car! Deciding where to stop for the first night but ended up in cute place in Jervis Bay. Best Meal: Grilled barramundi and fried John Dory fish and chips from Jaws which happened to be next to an amazing ice cream shop with flavors like Kinder surprise and honeycomb 🍦 Smiling Moments: seeing the Kiama blowhole and town atmosphere during the blues and jazz fest Fact of the day: the Kiama Blowhole works when the wind blows waves under the cliff of soft basalt forming an air pressure which forces water up through the hole...the spray can be big enough to drench onlookers
