𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Here’s the @eatbychloeuk new Vegan Chicky range using a gluten free crusted tempeh. There’s 3 options: Chicky Chicky Parm Parm. A vegan take on a classic chicken Parm sandwich. It’s VERY nice. That marinara sauce and vegan mozzarella pin a potato bun along with their tempeh chicken would have you fooled. I was very impressed with this and would definitely go out of my way to order it. Chicky Chicky. Their chicken nugget alternative. Very crispy on the outside and come with a VERY nice sweet mustard sauce. I did feel that the tempeh inside was slightly too soft for the ultra crunchy batter, so hopefully this was a one off and the balance is usually better. Crispy Chicky Salad. Believe it or not I’m not much of a salad fan, so this didn’t really interest me too much. It comes with chopped romaine, shredded kale, crispy tempeh Chicky, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, edamame, mandarin oranges, almonds, crispy wontons, ginger dressing. I do feel like this would go down a LOT better with some rice and some spicy sauce. It’s quite big and I felt a lot of the moisture disappeared.
