It was time to draw this down. I keep this idea with me for quite a while. Mh, maybe not the idea, but this sensation, of sometimes having the head stuck in something immovable and sharp edged and being a servant to it. The hard part about being stuck at home is not that you lose all human contact, it’s that you run out of things to bore yourself with. Left with just yourself and your own mind, you end up having to reconcile things with yourself that you thought you had dealt with and gaining closure over feelings you forgot you had. I think in part this whole isolation thing is terrifying because for the first time in years we have to acknowledge ourselves and be at peace with our own mind. I don’t think we know how to do that anymore and people are freaking out because they now have nothing better to do except evaluate themselves, once they’ve exhausted all other options for distractions. 

We try so hard to push positivity in what seems like such a negative world.
