Is there official source for WRH age or is it popular fanon that he's 100s old, so immortal?
Nope! To be clear, the only thing we know about WRH is that he has such high cultivation that he appears to be in his 20s despite definitely being older than that because he has 2 grown men as sons.
I just started writing him as being over a hundred years old because...well, why not? it's free real estate! he's the only person we know of who canonically adjusts his appearance with cultivation, so why can't he be an ancient monster, distancing himself from humanity by force of will, determined to be a god and to forge himself a path to that destination in human blood?
