i’m gonna ELABORATE on this in some doc edits today but bjorn speaks with an accent :’3 it’s more of a Scandinavian accent, & he grew up and lived the majority of his life speaking elder speak, which is basically an old ass avvar language that his tribe has held on to through the years.

due to this, the common tongue is still mildly foreign to him. this can cause communication issues, especially because he always looks like he’s frowning for some reason. he had no real reason to speak the common tongue, but as a negotiator for his people he sought the many mothers to teach him. he’s still got a very thick accent though.
