Pruflas, found elsewhere as Busas, is a great Prince and Duke, whose dwelling is around the Tower of Babylon, and he appears outside as a flame, but his head is likened to a great night raven. He is the author and promoter of discord, war, quarrels, and lies. All in the room may not be admitted. He responds to all questions fully. May appear as a mighty flame instead of an outdoor flame--the original Latin used "foris" instead of "fortis."
The location of the Tower of Babylon would be vaguely in present-day Iraq.
