Bunny Condo
Potato (my rabbit) was always looking bored, so we thought that we would get her a bunny that she could bond and play with. I did my research and everyone suggested a neutered boy rabbit. So we got a boy and neutered him right away. However getting them to even slightly tolerate each other took a month of separate cages, lunging, growling and humping!
We now have 2 bunnies! Potato and Bug! Bug found his name thru his very buggy eyes. Now that he is more relaxed it doesn’t happen as often! Bug is even a smaller dwarf and younger rabbit then potato so he is about half the size of her at the moment (hard to see because he is in the little box on the top floor)
I met a rabbit breeder when we bought Bug and she showed me a bunny condo that she made out of wire cube shelves and so we decided to make our own!
To make this spectacular bunny condo we needed 150 zap straps and so many wire cube pieces. As you can see we needed to buy more half way up (different colors) and even then we ran out again! Wire isn’t great for rabbit feet tho, so we put planks of wood as well as blankets throughout the cage!

Gandalf got an upgrade today in anticipation of probably getting a girlfriend! It's the same size as the other pair's. Levi seems to be too aggressive to successfully bond the three together, but we will keep trying to continue trying to bond Gandy to the pair until the end of February. But if we don't make any progress, we'll take him on a bunny speed date at the rescue we adopted Levi from and get him a girlfriend! Or boyfriend! He will get to pick any friend he wants unless they are too big of a breed for the cage. I am still holding out hope that Levi woll come around, since he'll put his head down for Gandy to lick after a while, but only when he is still in his cage.
