set in the 1980s, Belle Bunny, a southern belle, travels to the city to get ideas for dress designs and meets Lionel Lionhead, a 13 year old punk who wants to make a band which leads to Belle helping out and getting thrown off her original course just to make Lionel's dream become a reality. They also meet Artie D. Pants, a scientist with a hi-tech keyboard, and Loppy Blue, a vagabond hippie drummer. Together, they form Bunny Bash and are loved by almost everyone
