•This is Dr. Hare and he's an evil scientist! With a specialty for human/monster experimentation-

•You will find that mad scientist OCs and their experiments are my favorite to make, sorry-
•He's a resident of Lawless City! Mainly because he's not super sneaky about what he does like some of the other mad scientist characters I have
•Hare is a bit of a collectionist! But he specifically likes to hoard strange or weird items
•His lab is underneath his house, typical "trap door leads to lab" thing
•His left eye is a glass eye! It was removed after an incident with one of his own experiments-
•Hare is "friends" with Dr. Tricia! (You might recognize this name from her profile on my artfight!... Im so sad I couldn't join this year💔🥀) He thinks they're friends but she finds him strange-
•He's about 6'0 tall! (Not counting his ears)
•The man loves to yap, even if its pointless- bro is the type to inject you with some shit that's probably gonna mutate or kill you while yapping about something stupid
•He's also not above hurting tiny children btw, just wanna give that disclaimer-
•Just like Tricia, he actually DOES have his doctorate- no lies there-
•I like to imagine he also has a fascination with robotics, specifically when it comes to mixing robotics with living things-
•His woredrobe is a nightmare, this the nicest thing I could force him to wear /hj
•The doctor never wears shoes, he finds them uncomfortable (it also makes his footsteps VERY quiet)
