day 2 of putting out rarepairs i really like to the world (bunkaisae) PLEASE hear me out on thisss😭😭 especially when their teenagers (15, 16, 16) OMG its so good top bunny x (mainly top) switch kaiser x bottom sae UGHH its so fucking good omlll they can be so toxic but then so loving the next, and their all lowkey suicidal kinda, on different levels. they are all obsessed with each other🙌 -------- sae - his love-hate relationship towards bunny, still torn between hating him for what he did but theres always going to be that sick feeling of love towards him no matter what. i really like doing is making him have a kinda savior complex towards kaiser. seeing how fucked up he is and liking seeing him just on the brim of never being able to come back (dont really know how to explain it but like basically almost broken, just completely hopeless and about to give up) and wants to be the one who pulls him back, comforts him, and convinces himself that he can fix someone who doesnt truly know how to be fixed bunny - just overall super complex (until we know more about him [?]). his hatred of optimism makes him want to see both sae and kaiser at their absolute lowest, stripped of any hope or happiness (will[?]). at the same time, his obsession with them makes him genuinely want them to be happy, but only in a way he controls. maybe kinda like rin, bringing out the best in them, only to tear it all away and watch everything collapse. basically the opposite of what i wrote for sae where he tries to save people (kaiser, maybe bunny [?] not really though, maybe in his head for like a second, never out loud, before he pushes the thought away) after they've fallen, while bunny is the one who pushes them over the edge. i kinda feel like he would romanticize a triple suicide for him, sae and kaiser. kinda like dazai from bsd (but kinda different) kaiser - no ship with kaiser will ever be healthy with how messed up he is. his trauma and self loathing are so deeply ingrained that even if he seems to improve, it never takes much for him to fall back into old habits. like he did with ness, he drags the people closest to him down because making someone else feel smaller allows him to momentarily escape feeling like the weak/pathetic person he believes he is. i also feel like hes become so used to the toxicity he doesnt put up his "facade" (i dont really know what to call it, basically giving up on trying to make himself believe hes better). his superiority complex and arrogant attitude become less of a mask and more of a defense mechanism thats constantly slipping, revealing how he believes he's worthless and shitty (not human). sae and bunny always end up comforting him, but their methods only reinforce the cycle instead of breaking it. kaiser doesnt care that things always get worse, because he knows they'll eventually return to that brief moment of affection and validation that he craves. that tiny glimpse of love is enough to keep him holding on, even if he knows it'll all fall apart again (how i kinda believe ness is - theyre both just obviously mentally ill). i believe sae feels the same way. i also think kaiser would act similar to bunny, building up and making them feel good, but he very much so means it (so does bunny but just in a more complex, twisted way while kaiser's is pure) but then he gets into his moods again (believing hes worthless) and needs to feel better so he starts degrading them and breaking what he build god its so hard trying to write about kaiser, especially in shipping. i've already watched so many analysis and read so many articles but i STILL dont understand him😭 one of the main reasons i hope we get an episode kaiser spin off to really help explore his character, especially his mindset right now. i wrote so much about him but i feel like its all so wrong. i do believe he loves bunny and sae purely and genuinely (sae more definitely due to his attitude) but due to how his mind is it doesnt last and he ruins it i hate the writing sm i might just delete all of it
