π diary:
today was the day where i only have 2 lessons woo so i was super productive! took my tablet in for the first time today and it was v handy not having to use school laptops - made a lot of flashcards i needed to make and even revised some (which i never acc do - oops). spent the whole day doing biology bc my tablet died at the end and the library has no plug sockets (???) so i couldn't do chemistry uplearn on it and ended up doing some bio past paper questions i had that aren't due for agesss. first time studying in the library asw, was v vibey bc it's less busy and the books look pretty esp with the background of phoebe bridgers so ima go there more often now i think!
thursday β 7th may
had a test in chem that went decently well except for the question on a topic we never learnt cos our teacher is in hospital... other than that not a super productive day today but i did manage to do almost all of the pages from my biology spec booklet that i needed to do! wrote like 1 line on my epq dissertation this thing is actually going to kill me :( built fires in scouts which was super fun tho!!
saturday β jan 17th
locked in this morning! completed my portfolio for the design tech project i just finished, did an hour of uplearn and finished the last question on a bio past paper sheet that's due next week. i barely have any work to do next week now because i did it all this week so i'm hoping i get some spare frees that i can just read in!!
monday β jan 19th
today was the epic day where i only have two lessons so i get the entire afternoon to study! locked in and did some bio past paper qs, my chemistry booklet for the next two weeks, a sheet for bio that i only got set today and met up with one of my friends to go through past papers for the bio olympiad i'm doing this week because the content is mostly stuff we haven't been taught yet so we had to lock in. went home and watched bridge to terabithia as per my friend's request and oh god it actually broke me, 10/10 watch though i can't believe everyone else but me had heard of it

had a plan to be super productive today and while i did a lot i didn't do as much as i was aiming to whoops
>> lessons: bio + dt
>> frees: 1 hr bio + 2 hrs dt
>> music: bears in trees
no chem lesson today which was great cos it's my least favourite lesson plus it meant i acc finished all my lessons by 11:20 woo
spent my first free in the sixth form area doing biology, i acc had no hwk cos i've done it all already so i worked on my flashcards so i don't get behind. so far i've got flashcards for every bio topic i've finished!! this is what i always wanted to do for gcse but failed at, it's loads easier to keep on top of now tho cos i get free periods so i hope i can continue!! did prokaryotic ultrastructure, comparisons between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells and lipids.
after lunch i went to dt and spent the afternoon in the lil sixth form area they have there, took the markers from my classroom and worked on my sketches. in the first hour of my free i finished a whole sketch which i was v proud of but then i ran out of ideas so the sketch i did in the next hour was so bad i had to scrap it :(

we practiced titrations in chemistry today which was very fun, we're doing it assessed next lesson (yey more practical) plus i also have a bio practical next lesson so that's fun. HOWEVER i leant against the sink in chem and there was acid there AND IT STAINED MY CARGOS PURPLE I'M SO SAD I LOVE THEM. had a test in dt today which was fineee ig but a lot of writing that i just wrote random stuff for. getting a new bus route home today that they just introduced!! gets home in 20 minutes instead of an hour which is epic but i did misjudge how long it would take me to get to the stop and i had to run
