Next build alert. Just finished building the MG Marasai as well. Overall, it’s pretty cool, except for one thing…
These stupid MG hands are terrible, there’s a reason it’s not holding anything, because it just doesn’t want to. I don’t know if it’s user error, but I’m pretty fed up with trying to make it hold anything. At least it’s a nice looking MG.
And with that, the 8 biomes are done.
Our final biome was a dark oak forest. It took a lot more saplings than I thought, but we got it done. There's still more work to be done, but it's really satisfying to look at all of the petals on this flower that I've built and know that that work is done.
If I had to give a percentage for how 'done' this project is, I'd say somewhere around 60%. We've physically covered a lot of space and done a lot of cool things, but there's a lot of details that I want to pour into this build, particularly around the center, but there's a lot of details around the sides that I want to do as well. And one day we'll also need to remove all of the chests from the build area. (and reclaim all the random stonecutters I've left there)
I had the Landgraab mansion in progress for a while. It's taken so long because I've realized I don't have as much fun building modern luxury mansions.
@omfgingers post here made me want to make a tree-house for my Elvish world. Okay it’s not a world yet, but I’m making progress. I have this so far...not sure I’m satisfied with the railing and I have to find a better mailbox and trashcan, and more landscaping, but if it test plays well I will be pretty happy with this one.

mmm mushrooms. I like this biome a lot, even though it's relatively simple. I only did a few custom pieces for the biome and mostly focused on filling it with other mushrooms. I like this biome a lot, but I also love the mushroom islands in the overworld regardless. They're not busy, just peaceful.
One more biome to go.
There's something I love and that's celebrating small achievements.
So I built this base of a tower to start celebrating achievements that I've made during the run of this hardcore world.
The bottom floor is an entrance floor that is more or less a celebration for starting this.
The floor above that is celebrating the first time I fought the ender dragon on my own.
The next floor celebrates when I completed Project Tree of Life.
And the floor above that (which is too far away to see) contains a whole bunch of signs celebrating the 6 month life of the hardcore world.
I intend to do some gardening around the area to celebrate the Twitch viewers that support me and continue to terraform the area.
But since yesterday was the community day for the twitch viewers, I thought it might be nice to celebrate in general.
The floors might not get added to often, but this place is a great place to look back at what I've managed to do and understand the magnitude of it.
