Arinteil li Atchi is the official lead captain of the Queteran Empire, certified by the Intergalactic Committee. They are known for their charm and respectful treatment of the cultures of many different species. Visits from Arinteil often accrue a large crowd of all sorts.

Arinteil is a member of a bipedal (though also facultatively quadrupedal), two armed species with a tail and stalk eyes. They have black, armored backs, gray bellies, green facial and tail spikes, and green radial mandibles. Their feet are armored and black, but their hands lack armor (though still black). The eye stalks are quite flexible, despite being armored on the sides facing out, and their eyelids close vertically. The species can also spray toxic tears out of the top corner of their eyes.

Arinteil is slightly bigger and stronger built than average members of their species, and their facial plate has accents of green instead of gray. Whether this is a cosmetic choice or a trait they were born with is not publicly known. The green spike on their tail is also larger than average. Among their species, these traits are found attractive.

Ikli-kit Keletet, better known as Captain Keletet, is the official leading captain of the Kametoran Empire, registered as such by the Intergalactic Committee. They are a member of the Kametor species, and hatched to the Kit clan in the Ikli generation. They have been a subject of many controversies, primarily around thievery, deceit, and deals with pirates and Grox, but as of yet there is not enough proof for the Committee to elect to oust them. Keletet does not directly have enslaved Tlakari working for them, but has not put out any statement against it and has worked with those who use Tlakari for war.

Keletet is a member of a tripodal, buglike species called the Kametor. The third leg protrudes out of the back, not the front. Their arms come out of their front ankles, and at rest, their arms are held locked with the elbows pointing up. An organic toxin projectile weapon is hidden above the back foot, under fur. They have four long tusk-like structures, three eyes (a single eye on front, and one pair of eyes on either side), two curled horns, and a bony plate with a small horn coming out on their face. The mouth is split into two, and each half is something like a proboscis. Usually these mouthparts are kept suctioned together. Brown, ridged armor goes down their back. Their fur is orange and yellow with black stripes, and their harder parts (such as their arms, lower front legs, tusk structures, and horns) range in color from white to brown.

Keletet is slightly taller and longer than the average member of their species, and their tusks and horns are slightly larger. They are generally built stronger than their peers, though this is not typically noticeable to those not of their species.
