TNA profiled on the Bugherd blog
Here is Alan interviewed about his use of Aussie-developed web testing tool Bugherd. He says,
When we have a client who's interested in giving us feedback on the project while it's still in development, we can use BugHerd to give them an easy way to give us productive feedback we can actually use, without getting bogged down in showing them how to use a project management or traditional issue-tracking tool.
Disclaimer: Alan's an investor in the company and recently helped them raise a round of funding.
Love this Bugherd landing page video by TinyLoud
Simon Westlake is a Melbourne-based animator and director putting out some world-class work. His speciality is the 'landing page' video โ the quick clip you can watch on the homepage of a site you're visiting for the first time, that explains how and why you'd use a product or service.
Above is the landing page video for Bugherd, a product that makes our work much easier at The New Agency (full disclosure: TNA co-founder Alan is a Bugherd investor, but Simon got the gig because he's the brother of Bugherd marketing lead James MacGregor, not through Alan).
Landing page videos are a tough genre: you have only 60-120 secs to tell a simple but complete story, explain enough of the product or service to pique your interest, and you need to blend in enough ย personality to encourage the viewer to begin engaging with the brand... or at least follow it on Twitter ;-)
Simon does great work, isn't expensive, and he's a nice bloke. Look him up at Tinyloud.

Best bug tracking I've ever seen... - Bug Herd
I got a live demo of this from one of our sister companies that's using this solution, it's AMAZING. Not only is it amazing, it's $30 a mo for 5 devs and unlimited bug reporters. That's "I'm going to use this on all personal projects from now on" pricing. *cripes!
