My @ecochateas #ecochateaclub arrived today, a much anticipated #bugbittenoolong that is wonderful. Nibbling on some Sartori Merlot BellaVitano cheese. Part of my honeymoon stash, this one was all mine since Ben is not a fan of wine soaked cheese. Sadly this is my last tea club for a bit, I need to drink more of my tea before I can get more (which is really hard!!) 6g, 150ml, 80-85C, 30sec/steep. First infusion was so sweet. (No need to rinse at all for Taiwanese teas.)
