its august 9th, which in japan is bug day, so heres a wriggle nightbug!

He sends one of his bugs to keep a close eye on you when you're away, so he can come to your aid when needed.

Since he can induce nightmares, he gives you the 'good' ones and usually intervenes when you are having the 'bad' ones.

He loves to gamble and cheat, but withholds when he plays games with you. He'll let you win for a round or two, with the cost of having some 'fun' later.

He helps you scare others on Halloween so the two of you can have a blast all night.

He shares duets and will sometimes cook his famous stews just for you.

All of his bugs share an adoration for you, and will keep you company throughout the night in your bed/pillow.

He invites you to all the parties he throws in Disneyland, and makes sure you're the star of his show.

You're his preferred dance partner and he plays romantic songs to slow dance to with you when you guys are alone.

His Lair is like a second home to you. He makes sure you are comfortable and have something to do when visiting him.

Occasionally, he'll give you the benefit of scaring/sneaking up on him and congratulating you on the feat.

He trusts you enough to tend to his loose stitches and return his lost bugs to his burlap sack.

You like to collect bugs to add them to his being, and he always takes what you give to him. He's immensely grateful, since he tends to lose a few.

You give him company in the loneliness of his Lair, where he'll spend hours talking and playing games with you.

He's given you the future honorary title of ruling Halloween Town/Bug Day with him, promising your own throne and power when the time comes.
