Distracting myself while waiting to get a cortisone injection in my shoulder. I hate getting cortisone injections because they are always so painful and don’t usually help, but I’m doing it anyway hoping and praying that it works. Between my migraine and shoulder I’ve been all messed up and I just started passing another kidney stone. What do you do when you’re anxious about a doctors appointment or procedure?
