Two new craft distilleries to open in Buffalo in the Spring
Buffalo Distilling Co. and Tommyrotter Distillery are two more operations to add to the growing hydra of distilleries in Buffalo. Last year Lockhouse Distillery opened as the first distillery in Buffalo since prohibition and since then Buffalo has had distilleries pop up all over. New distilleries across the city include Bison Distillery, Queen City Malting, Niagara Distilling Co., and Black Squirrel Distillery.

Lockhouse Vodka For Sale as of 11/30/13
Lockhouse Distillery, previously called Eight Buffalo Spirits, is finally selling the first spirits distilled in Buffalo since prohibition. Currently, Lockhouse is only selling a vodka made with local grapes giving a natural fruity touch. Starting this weekend you can head to the distillery between 12PM and 8PM, located in the old Pierce Arrow building, and get your own Buffalo-made vodka for $35. In the future Lockhouse will add gin and whiskey to their line of spirits.
