After trapping Erika temporarily, Psycho returned to the Citadel. There he set free Sophie, Alice (leader of the Liberated Circle), and any other prisoners. He slaughtered anyone who stood in their way, and protected the two by his side.
Upon leaving the facility, they destroyed the Citadel's reactors and sent out evacuation alerts to everyone within the blast zone. The trio made their escape before the explosion, and are now on the run.
