Since the lockdown in India, many laborers and daily wagers started moving towards their villages in Chhattisgarh and Odisha. As they have to travel thousands of kilometers on foot, they need food and shelter at night. Bhandara is a town near the national highway in Maharashtra, India. Maitreya buddha vihar from Bhandara mobilized 50,000 Rupees cash and ration in one day and provide food to travelers. They have enough stock to feed 50 people stuck in their village for the 20 days.
