Happy birthday to Buckleberry's biggest supporter, Marc Santiago!
This post is dedicated to @buckleberry4ever to celebrate his birthday today!
I have made several Buckleberry fan art for a little while, but I have only gotten to posting them now, knowing how much he loves the ship. So, for you, Marc, I have here a drawing and concept featuring Buckleberry that you might enjoy.
So, if you recall, Strawberry Shortcake Berry Bitty Adventures had an episode where Huck and Blueberry were dressed as a king and queen:
They obviously did not dress like this again in Berry in the Big City, so I wanted to reimagine these outfits' design in the reboot, with the pair having become berries (people) of color:

With my personal headcanons of Huck being half-Indian, and Blueberry being half-Chinese, these corresponding cultures were the basis for their reimagined looks. But because of their being half-American, some European elements have been incorporated into their costumes:
Introducing the Blue Royals! Rulers of the Littlest Berrykin's kingdom!
Once again, this post and this drawing in particular is dedicated to our birthday boy, @buckleberry4ever, who should stay tuned for the next post, because more details about this design will be revealed in it.
What do you think of this redesign? Feel free to like and comment!
