Week one has been and gone, week two of consuming more water than I can shake a stick at and I am full of it. For me just shy of 2 litres is a lot of water. I really did only drink 3-4 glasses of sugar a day so this is like a mountain.
The first few days were fine, I was ready for my challenge and it seemed ok. Now back to work and trying hard to ensure I always manage it, yesterday I got to 9.10pm before I finished my quota for the day.
However I noticed how rubbish I felt leaving it that late and I am suffering today too.
I have also noticed that my kidneys hurt with all this extra work to do, so it can only be a good thing right?!
My skin is clearer without a doubt so there is a good thing.
I will meet my challenge head on, I shall not fail.
