In the new animation you guys made, I noticed that either Buchu or Baobab has a little mane tuft. Which of them is this? Did their design change?
Buchu has a tuft, Baobab doesn't. Buchu has always had a bit of a tuft, we just make it bigger and darker coloured. c: - RJ

Do you mean the adult lion in the video with the twins? Because that's Aloe, who is their mother. Not Baobab. Hence why she's tagged in it. lol - RJ

not only do I really love the name Buchu because it was the name of one of my old cats but I also love how she's named after a shrub and Baobab is named after a huge tree. It's just such a neat way of highlighting their opposing personalities while also having super cute names for lion cubs. :)
Thank you, anon! I came up with Baobab's name first because of his personality and I love it when twin names correspond with each other so coming up with a tiny shrub name for his sister was a no-brainer. c: - RJ
