Comforting and tasty, this Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble-Up Bake is a new take on an old favorite. A tasty and filling meal is made by baking soft chicken, savory ham, gooey Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, and flaky biscuit dough all at the same time.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, diced. 1 cup diced ham. 1 can 12 oz refrigerated biscuit dough. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put the diced ham, chicken, Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Mix everything together well. Add the biscuit dough that has been in the fridge cut into fourths to the chicken mixture. Mix the biscuit pieces into the mixture slowly until they are spread out evenly. Spread the mixture out evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been greased. It should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it. If you want, you can add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
