“I hmmm what are you doing?”

“Sorry, I was just closing. Did you want something specific?”

“ignore this please.” rhys spoke gesturing down at his jeans with a sheepish expression on his face. “i kinda fell in a puddle. well - well it was a puddle of mud but i think its dry now.” he scrunched up his nose in annoyance shifting on his feet, the state of his jeans making him feel uncomfortable in more than one way.

     — ❝ Why are you standing like that? Do you know you’re making people uncomfortable? ❞

“I mean I’d use the weekend as an excuse, but it’s Thursday so that’s a lie. So you could just join me and not judge me.”

“I think I need Subway Surfers anonymous. Is that a thing? Or a more general  12 step programme, there has to be one for video games out there.”
