The second picture is of Kenneth Macpherson and Bryher in Switzerland: We knew we were walking across a thin slab of ice. Fritz Lang and the perfect lunar landscape” . Upon following H.D.’s advice to see the famous sexologist Havelock Ellis in 1919, Bryher identified as “a girl only by accident.”
