Gwynriel, Elriel, Elucien, Azris, and even Bryceriel all have some sort of canon evidence. Shippers have shared thoughtful and comprehensive arguments for all of these ships that can be easily found.
To call any of these ships âcrackshipsâ or say thereâs ânothing in canonâ to support the ships is disingenuous. Stop doing this if you want to have in-depth, critical conversations with other fans.

Tbh I kind of feel bad for Bryceriels because wdym GA/EL are harassing and mocking them when Bryce and Azriel literally had more interactions, dialogue, and physical contact than GA/EL ever did. Itâs ridiculous to brag about your ship being "endgame" while attacking another one that actually had more on-page content, especially when thereâs zero indication that GA/EL is endgame.
I donât care who you ship... but if you feel the need to disparage, send nasty messages, or be all-around rude as hell to folks who donât want the same faeries to fuck that you do... maybe you need to take a step back and reevaluate your life. Cause that is toxic ass behavior and youâre the antithesis to what SJM stands for.
