2 medium tomatos, diced

Approx. 1/4 of a yellow onion, diced

1/2 of a large cucumber, diced

Approx. 1/4 of a bundle of green onions, chopped

Dried basil to taste (I’d like to try fresh next time!)

Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste

Garlic powder to taste

4 tbs olive oil 

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Whole wheat baguette, sliced

Preheat oven to 400

Place the baguette slices on a baking pan with tin foil

Brush olive oil over the baguette slices and add salt, to taste

Bake for approx. 5 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like your bread to be

Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl, and immediately use the mix to top the baguettes when they come out of the oven
