Joy pigments are safe and made in the USA.  We keep the color names simple so you can visualize the color before even seeing the color.  When buying colors online everyone's computer screens will display the colors differently.  So we use simple color names that will describe the color in your mind without to much questions.  We name our Brown....”Brown” another PMU supply would name their Brown something like  “Tree Bark”  Which is easier to picture in your mind? 

Our pigment consistency is similar to a nice rich milkshake.  Thick & creamy but not too thick. Gravity still helps control the direction of the flow of the pigment into the skin  You don’t want pigment that is to solid and difficult to implant. The reason for that is, thicker textured pigment will not flow into the holes your needles created  in the skin. In other words you will have to force the thicker pigment color into the skin in order for you to produce a good deposit of color.  On the other hand a thin or runny pigment is not good because you don’t have complete control of the direction of the flow.   I also find thinner the pigment the more spatters.  Thin pigment doesn’t adhere as well to the needles, so you have to dip into the pigment frequently just to create a fine line making for a slower application time.  Our consistency is just perfect for a quick and easy implant.

Fried brows & purp shadow

So I attempted to do a browlamination on myself and the result was okay the first time. Some hairs still wouldn’t stand up so I did it a second time but for a shorter time. And this time the brow hairs stood up but felt so hard 😅🙈
