I’m not completely sure quite yet. I could go the boo route, or I could go the route that was taken in the Sim.on Be.lmont reveal trailer. Either way, Luigi would probably have to die in some way or be cursed.
He would not be evil, and absolutely not associated with Ki.ng Boo. Even in spectral form, he’d want to keep well away from him. How he’d die or be cursed would probably be after some sort of bad ending, either in the context of the Lui.gi’s Mansion games, the general M.ario universe, or an ending to the Smash trailer where he doesn’t re-enter his body.
Lui.gi would likely reside in or close to the Mush.room Kingdom, maybe even in his own home, if the invasion idea comes through.
