ok, longer answer: dani wasn’t brought up in any sort of religion, and has been on the run for most of her life. she’s hardly ever been exposed to it. there are a few cases, when she’s hiding out in a church or visits a religious soup kitchen, where she encounters the idea. she doesn’t have anything against it, but isn’t sure how it’s different from any other story or myth she’s been told. in particular, she doesn’t see it as more than pretty stories because she already died once, and hangs out in the ‘afterlife’ on a semi-regular basis, and it’s nothing like the descriptions in any religion she’s heard of.
