Anyone else notice that Ugarte's watch is broken?
I never noticed that Ugarte has a watch on.
It says 3:30, which is impossible.

It's already dark out when we first see Rick's Café, and it's Moroco, so it's not 3:30 in the afternoon. But it's nowhere near closing time, it's early in the night. ("Hold these visas," "Help me Rick!" and Ilsa's arrival all happen in one night.)
So either he keeps his watch at an alternate time for some complex reason, or he wears a broken watch because he's that tacky. Given that his suit seems a size or so too big for him, I'm thinking the latter. (Then again, a too-big suit is good for hiding things.)
Just the icing on the cake of things that don't add up with this guy.
On a meta note, 3:30 is probably when Peter and Bogie filmed this scene, or at least when this specific take is from.
