The expectation of fear for me is first the sudden realisation, the dropping sensation in your stomach, pounding in my head, then for the rest of the time before the fear comes to fruition I will have bursts of butterflies in my stomach and a dry mouth, nervous sweating and dizziness, hope that helps :)

But they continue to be kind and strong and selfless and how could you not look up to these people when you realise that?
