Here's some context in case you're confused !!!

I choose to believe Bri definitely dated people before and had even more unrequited crushes (her past sketchbooks are filled with them). So when she develops one on Felix, Alya assumes it's a short-term thing and she'll move on soon as usual (she doesn't).

She imagines some kind of ideal romance, but it never matches her expectations. So she keeps looking and looking. I think despite her friendliness, she still feels kinda lonely.

Felix, on the other hand, is a complete opposite. He is not interested in romance, stays away from relationship drama and is content with being alone. I see him as being ace and somewhere on aro spectrum (yes I'm projecting shhh). When he decides to woo Ladybug, he has no idea what he's doing. He's just following what books taught him about romance. He tries flowers, romantic candlelit dinners, catching Ladybug in his arms - nothing works.

And then he starts actually developing romantic feelings for her, and now he's even more lost because he never felt this before. (Plus he's convinced at this point that she probably won't ever like him back)

Also I find the idea of Felix, who's usually seen as more experienced/mature, to be the one without romantic experience kinda cute

ik that bridgette doesn’t actually have the name bridgette but for me i can never rlly associate the name marinette w her and also i kind of always thought bridgette was cooler than marinette (no offence to marinette stans!! i did used to really like her back in early miraculous days)
