Lepas jogging muka naik seri. Toksin dah terbuang. Rasa fresh dan lega sangat, perut pun dah kempis sikit. Lari jangan tak lari. Solat maghrib jangan lupa. #fresh #breaksession #solatmaghrib #emeraldgreen (at Wangsa Maju Seksyen 1 Kuala Lumpur)

Break Sessions with âProsâ
The Vineyard. What is the Vineyard?  Itâs a church, but on Tuesdays from 8-10 pm itâs an open space for breakers.  Itâs a nice practice area in U-District that doesnât exclude non-UW students.  Pretty awesome, right?! But... the people who practice at the Vineyard are REALLY good.  So good that it can be intimidating.  Iâve been to the Vineyard multiple times and Iâve seen so many âfamousâ b-boys.  From local all-stars like Luna and Tim Chips to the whole Art of Movement crew [Jay Park was there randomly one time], you see some of the best Seattle has to offer at the Vineyard. So, itâs definitely no surprise that I felt like I wasnât good enough to practice with all of them on the dance floor.  Or well, I USED to feel that way. Iâve changed within the last two weeks.  Thanks to some GREAT advice from some amazing dancers, Iâve learned to control my movement and dance to the music rather than to the people watching.  Itâs definitely all about going all out and dancing with a positive outlook of yourself rather than worrying about people having negative thoughts about your dancing.
Today was the first day Iâve danced at the Vineyard and left without feeling like I was out of place. Â I find it funny that it took me so long to realize that it doesnât matter what others think of me. Â It matters what the music thinks of me. The music will only think Iâm whack if I think Iâm whack. Â So I wonât.
