Ingredients: 4 slices of bread, cubed. 6 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, combine bread cubes, shredded cheese, bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and onions. Grease individual ramekins or muffin tins with cooking spray. Spoon the bread mixture into the prepared ramekins or muffin tins. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread mixture in each ramekin or muffin tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the stratas are puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
